I'm not insane, at least not today.
The crazy people have gone away.
They will be back, or so they say.
At least I can have one quiet little day.
Sally had a nice white dress.
She made a big and bright red mess.
Her mommy said you silly girl,
You weren’t supposed to dip and twirl.
Now, you’ve made Sammy mad.
He says you’ve been really bad.
He’s going to hop inside your head,
And make you spin around instead.
I’m insane, but just for today.
The crazy people have come to play.
They say hello, and have a nice day.
Then they leap, turn, and run away.
The crazy people have gone away.
They will be back, or so they say.
